1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PhysioTrio services or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

PhysioTrio provides physiotherapy and rehabilitation services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All services are subject to Saudi Ministry of Health regulations.

3. Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equivalent to one session.

4. Payments

Payments are due at the time of service. For packages, instalment options are available via Tamara and Tabby subject to their terms. Fees paid are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances.

5. Health Insurance

We accept insurance providers listed on our website. Patients are responsible for verifying their coverage with their insurer prior to the session. Any uncovered amounts are due directly from the patient.

6. Medical Liability

PhysioTrio provides evidence-based physiotherapy services delivered by licensed specialists. We are not liable for specific treatment outcomes as results vary between patients.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
